Godrakk, Fist of Gork and Weirdnob Shaman

The missing pieces to my Ironjawz army. Wasn’t really sure how to go about painting the cabbage dragon, but I wanted to go with green. In the end I did the wings a little different. Godrakk is a bit on the dark yellow end of the spectrum. There are times when I wish I hadn’t gone with the yellow scheme but it does standout on the table and is pretty different from everything else I have.

Weirdnob is again just following the box art. Nothing special there but I am pretty happy with the smoke from his staff. I was worried when I went to paint it that I might not be able to do it justice but I think, while it’s not perfect, it’s a pretty fair reproduction.

Keeper of Secrets

Greater Daemon of Slaanesh which I purchased and painted for my eldest son James birthday to start his Slaaneshi army. Never been a fan of Chaos myself but they do have some pretty cool models. Purple, pinks and pale greys are not colours I’m particularly familiar with painting so this is a bit of trial and error following the box art. Looks like the box so must be a success. Took advantage of the spare shield and sword to add something to the base on the instruction from James.

Tyrion

I have a few high elves over the years and still. I purchased this when it first came out, because well, Tryion was kickass and I thought it was a pretty cool model. It sat in my cupboard for probably twenty years, a bit like the green knight but at some point over the last few years I pulled it out and painted it. Not my best paint job but I like the colour palette and I feel the jewels came up well.
